well, its a given more or less when referred to the measure of an Arc, it's usually meant the CENTRAL ANGLE made by that arc in this case, 148 is the CENTRAL ANGLE, so if BCD is 148 and BC is 105, then CD is the rest of the 148. 148 for the central angle, if we use up 105 for BC, how much is left over for CD?
