Under a square allow, advocates contended, states could move the assets arranged for when families left welfare for work to kid mind or other work bolsters, where need would increment. States additionally could put more in work projects to mirror the expanded accentuation on welfare as brief and work-centered.

The question of welfare is related to the availability of jobs plus the personal circumstances of the welfare recipient. The welfare recipient may have had an accident and not be able to work, or it may be a single mom who can't afford to pay for daycare so must stay at home to attend to her baby. I think that welfare rates should allow the recipients to have a living wage but at the same time measures should be taken to provide meaningful work for people, including especially people with both physical and mental/developmental disabilities.
