The core of a star must be at temperature of _____ degrees Celsius for hydrogen fusion to take place.

The Sun's core is 27 million degrees Fahrenheit and that's about the right amount required for it to be able to undergo hydrogen fusion. So converting it would probably make the answer around 15 million degrees Celsius.
