Using the formula of free falling bodies v^2=vi^2+2as
where:
v is 0,
vi (initial) is 30ft/s as stated in the problem,
a is the gravity which is 32.2 ft/s
s is the height which is 160
substitute the values and we will get
13.97 seconds
.
