How do I solve 8d3 + (6d2 – 4d)

I guess you want to factor this.
the greatest common factor is 2d so we can write:-
= 2d(4d^2 + 3d - 2)

8d3 + (6d2 – 4d)
=8d3 + 6d2 – 4d
=2d(4d^2 + 3d - 2)
=2d(2d - 1)(d + 2) ...simplify and this is your answer
