Okay, there's this thing called

"binge and purge"

My teacher brought this up in class, and explained this could be a way anorexia is gained.

I was so curious to how this makes one grow so thin they are to the bone, and I know what binge and purge is,

eating junky food, and throwing everything up right after, but I want to know what it does to your body so I can learn exactly why it is SO bad.

This is also very bad for your teeth. It can cause them to rot as well as ripping the stomach and disrupting the liner. Much of this damage is permanent.

Well, what happens is the esophagus can get ruptured. Whenever you throw up, intentionally or not, you have a chance of completely rupturing your esophagus. Making yourself throw up is bad for you because of that.
