I think you can't do that because a whole number is a whole number not decimal.For example, 42 is just 42. However, there is a way you could convert it with is 42.000000.

all places to the right of the decimal are equal to zero. However, you can still express a whole number as a decimal. For example, 4 can be written also as 4.0, 4.00, or 4.000000; all of these numbers are equal.
