How does the poets use of alliteration influence the mood or tone of each passage. A poweful monster, living....growled in pain

By the correct meaning, "alliteration is the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words, in the said passage, I think the alliteration let the emotion or mood of every passage more extravagant or more being expressed and understand".
