Explain the role of water for the cell

It helps to break down waste and nutients down in the cell so that they can be moved through the many membranes and natural filters in the body.

water is needed in the cell, becuz it makes up 70% of body weight, which means the cell is mostly filled with water. Water helps grow the cell (?)
