answer is C. p=5.75h
if h = 2 then p = 5.75 x 2 =
$11.50
if h = 4 then p = 5.75 x 4 = $23.00
if h = 6 then p = 5.75 x 6 = $34.50
if h = 8 then p = 5.75 x 8 = $46.00
