An allele is dominant when one or both of the traits is dominant. The allele Aa is dominant
An allele is recessive when both traits are homozygous recessive. In other words, aa would be recessive.
Codominance occurs when both alleles are homozygous dominant. AA and BB are codominant. Hope this helps.
