The Bill of Rights was meant to satisfy the concerns of the Anti-Federalists. What were their concerns? How does the Bill of Rights fulfill that promise?

Basically, the Anti-Federalists, or the Democratic Republicans (NOT THE POLITICAL PARTIES KNOWN TODAY), desired certain and undeniable rights for all people so that a Federalist government could not control its citizens just as the British Monarchy did to them pre-revolutionary era

That the government can't tax or do anything the king did. So they will have their own rights as a country.
