(6*3-12)^2/9+7=
(18-12)^2/16=
6^2/16=

Order of Operations (PEMDAS)
Parenthesis-Exponents-Multiplication-Division-Addition-Subtraction
(6 x 3 -12)^2 / 9+7
(18-12)^2 / 9+7
6^2 / 9+7
36 / 9 + 7
4 + 7
11
11 is your answer.
