How do prokaryote, eukaryote and viruses differ?

Prokaroyte have no nucleus. They are simple and small. Whereas eukaryotes are cells that have a nucleus, organelles and a cytoskeleton.

Regarding viruses, they are smaller than most bacterias, are lack cell structure.

In short, viruses are smaller than prokaryotes and a eukaryotes.
