What is meant by a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking? Minors are punished for being caught with any amount of alcohol. Minors are prohibited from using large amounts of alcohol. Minors are not allowed to drink legally because they have zero tolerance for alcohol. Minors are not punished for an offense if they have zero previous offenses. Description

What is meant by a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking?

1) Minors are punished for being caught with any amount of alcohol.
2)
Minors are prohibited from using large amounts of alcohol.
3)
Minors are not allowed to drink legally because they have zero tolerance for alcohol.
4)
Minors are not punished for an offense if they have zero previous offenses.

What is 0 tolerance?
You get punished IMMEDIATELY, absolutely no warnings, if you break a certain rule or law.

Answer choice 1: Likely choice, since punishment for being caught.
Answer choice 2: WRONG, since 0 tolerance means NONE AT ALL.
Answer choice 3: WRONG, even though this is clickbait since this says "zero tolerance."
Answer choice 4: WRONG, since this is the OPPOSITE of 0 tolerance.

So answer choice 1.

Minors are punished for being caught with any amount of alcohol. It doesn't matter how much or what your history is, zero tolerance means the law enforcement will not tolerate any abuse of the law
