D. 4/7
Distance from 0 is absolute value. We take the absolute values of all of these and convert them to decimals so we can compare them to each other more easily.
A. |-3/8|=3/8=0.375
B. |-0.3|=0.3
C. |0.27|=0.27
D. |4/7|= about 0.57
Thus, D is the furthest because it has the greatest absolute value.
