From the perspective of a water molecule.
I started in the ocean. As it warmed up I went up into the sky to create a cloud with all of my buddies. we had evaporated. We were liquid but now we are gases. As we turned back into liquids we fell from the sky. We call this precipitation. This time we're on the ground we were brought up into the sky by transpiration. We were then again turned into gases and formed into clouds or condensation. As we precipitated, we all accumulated into the ocean.
