1. 1/2(x+6)=2x

Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.

(1)/(2) x+3=2x
Step 2: Subtract 2x from both sides.

1/2x-2
=
(3)/(2)x + 3 = 0
Subtract 3 from both sides and multiply both sides by -3/2
Your Answer (1st one):
2

2. 5-2x+7x-h
All you do is combine like terms.
-2x+7x = 5x
2nd Answer:
5x-h+7
