Help me poor soul Please :(
A community group is building a playground on a rectangular lot of land. The lot measures 6x by 9x and they want to cut out an area for a circular jungle gym with a radius of 4x.
I got the answer 4x.
Area of the rectangle = 54x
Area of circle = 50.24
= 3.76x or 4x.
BUT NONE OF THE ANSWER CHOICES MATCH AT ALL, LIKE I AM NOT EVEN CLOSE! please help me get this right :(
Answer Choices:
38 π x^2
22x^2 (27-2π)
2x^2 (27-8π)
38 x^2
^^^ all are to be multiplied together btw >.

Area of a circle = πr² = π(4x)² = π(16x²) = 50.27x²
Area of playground = 6x*9x = 54x²
54x² - 50.27x² = 3.73x²
(2(3³) x²) - (
x² π)
2x² (27) - 2x²(2³)π
2x²(27-8π)
