Pretty sure it would be FLEXTIME because that means having the manager be flexible and having the employee and manager agree on hours.

Answer: Flextime

Flextime refers to the management practice of allowing workers to alter their workday start and finish times. It is a play on the words "flexible" and "time." This system allows employees to coordinate their work hours with their public transport schedules, the schedules of their partner and children, appointments and traffic patterns.
