Exercise a good place to start, also you can go to meetings. You can probably find some in your local area. If it dosent help reach out and maybe go to a clinic.

she can remove herself from drinking environments, and she can stop hanging out with her friends that influenced her to start drinking and that she drinks with, hope this helps
