Well based on the reading I've done sometimes persons who are close or even in the process of dying have the ability to live. organs are normally donated or bought or even received through the trafficking of people.

Depends on the illness if it is a serious one maybe it can depend on the strength that the person is now if it is weak can not receive there must hope to get stronger I know why it is obvious that the person can not withstand surgery if he is vunerable. espero ter ajudado :)
