I think you would use the quantity part of the formula as $300,000. Whole part would be the unknown variable x which stands for the school property's value. The percentage part of the formula to subtract the 2.7 percent - 2.5 percent. The equation should look like this 300,000 = .2% times x. Next you need to convert the percentage by divinding 100 then you get .002. Solve the equation and you should get $150,000,000.
