Why are cardiovascular diseases the leading cause of death in men and women in the united states?i just need a head start. thank you all so much.

Answer: Bad diet, lack of physical activity, and harmful use of alcohol. Heart disease has many different factors and it affect many people. The effects of behavioral risk factors can result in people with hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, overweight and obesity.

Your heart pumps blood throughout your blood- your body needs that blood with oxygen...a cardiovascular disease will interfere with this
