(1)/(√(8))=4^(m+3)


((1)/(8))^{(1)/(2)}=4^(m+3)


((1)/(2))^{(3)/(2)}=2^(2(m+3))


2^{(-(3)/(2))}=2^(2(m+3))


-(3)/(2)=2(m+3)


4(m+3)=-3


4m+12=-3


4m=-15


m=-(15)/(4)
