Can marijuana actually damage brain cells?

For a short answer, no. There's little to no evidence that marijuana actually damages brain cells. Cannaboids (which is found in marijuana) have THC & CBD do nothing to the brain when met with CB1 which is found in the brain. There are actually a lot of  medical reliefs to marijuana, like calming anxiety and PTSD. It can also reduce symptoms of nausea when chemotherapy for cancer is done (:

No, but it does damage needed organs.
