My goal is to lose 5kg and tone my body. 
For this, I took three actions: 
1- I sought professional help from a nutritionist for healthy food planning. 
2- I changed my eating habits 
3 - I enrolled in a gym 
The appropriate timeframe for achieving my goal is six months. 
So far I have managed to achieve 50% of my goal. The biggest drawback has been overcoming my desire to eat sweets. To overcome this vontate, when it occurs, I have opted for a sweet-tasting fruit. I put a banana in the microwave with a little cinnamon and that satisfies me.
