I think you mean, find the equation from the quadratic formula solution.
10x^2 -x +9 = 0
a=10 b=-1 c=9
x = --1 +-sq root(1 - 4*10*9) / 2*10
x = 1 +-sq root(1 -360) / 20
x = 1 +-sq root( -359) / 20
