Reason -
Nicko tinbergen in his experiment proved that whenever a wasp go for hunting, she marks the visual landmarks which could lead her to the nest on returning. In the experiment, Nicko marked one of the nest with a pinecone when the wasp was busy in some external work. on the first day, when the wasp came back she was successful in returning to the nest. He repeated this exercise several times and for several days and was successful in working out that on shifting the position of pinecone, the wasp bee get drifted.
