Difference between amino acid sequence and mrna sequence

The mRNA sequence is made up of nucleotides (G, C, A, U). Every three nucleotides make up a codon, and each codon encodes an amino acid. When mRNA is processed at a ribosome, the amino acids are added, one by one, in the order described by the mRNA to make a protein (which are made up of amino acids)
