I say A because i looked it up and it says that during Aerobic exercise You'll breathe faster and more deeply. That maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs. So i think that your arteries will feed blood to your heart
