It would be in the middle because it the sentence would make sense, it wouldn't really make sense at the end but it could also work at the beginning. for example : "I will call you AFTER dinner" , this is sorta in the middle but it wouldn't make sense at the end. But, it could work at the beginning for example : "AFTER dinner, I will call call you" This still makes sense, so the answer would be B and D (mainly B)
