basically, the 15th amendment says the government can't deny a citizen based on the citizens race, color, or previous condition of servitude. similarly, the 19th amendment states that any US citizen to be denied the right to vote based on sex.

What are the similarities and differences between the 19th amendment and the 15th amendment?
