Mike used a DEBIT CARD.

A debit card is a card that has money in it. It is like having money on plastic. Instead of carrying around cash, you can use debit cards. The debit card's purchasing power is limited to the amount it has in the card. To increase its purchasing power, cash or check must be deposited to the account pf the debit card.
