First Method :

145 pounds --> 100%
132 pounds --> x %

So x = 132*100/145 = 91 %

Now you just have to do 100 - 91 = 9 % decrease from 145 pounds to 132 pounds.

Second method :

145 - 132 = 13 right ?

145 pounds --> 100 %
13 pounds --> x %

So x = 13*100/145 = 9 %

The answer is 9 % decrease from 145 to 132.
