$11.6 would be 20% so the mark downed price would be 46.4

First you want to find how much 20% of $58 is. You do this by multiplying 58 by .2 which equals 11.6. Then, since it's a discount, you'll subtract 11.6 from 58 which equals 46.4. So the total cost of the ticket including the discount is $46.40.
