The correct answer is the endolymph. It is an organ that tries to keep you in balance and prevent unwanted motion. When you spin it wants to keep the movement from occurring, but eventually it changes. When you stop, you feel dizzy because it now wants to prevent motion of stabilizing since it created a new stabilization of you spinning.
