If you suspect someone has been poisoned the safest thing for me would be A, calling the poison control because the poison control know more things about how you can get rid of poison than the pharmacy because I don't think the pharmacy has nothing to do with poisoning stuff and giving the person water would make it even worse and same with making the person vomit hope this helps
