I would say humility.  You need to go in willing to put away your pride and truly listen to the other side.

I would choose the alternative (D).

A good leader knows how to dialogue and listen to ideas that contradict his or her positions. A good leader knows that he is human and that he does not have the absolute reason, in this way, he must be willing to listen and eventually to accept the suggestions of someone who thinks differently. This is the exercise of humility.
