How does the amount of bread in each setting affect the breads value or importance?

Fiber is usually present in higher quantities in whole grain breads relative to refined grain breads such as white bread. Bread fiber is a form of carbohydrate that your body cannot ingest, but at the same time it also plays an important role in your body.
