How the policy will work: This policy will declare the healthy living conditions to be maintained in a building, such as proper ventilation, plastering and foundation. Owners will be responsible for performing half-yearly checks on these conditions and reporting results to the concerned organization.

I would limit the amount of time you could spend in a vehicle that isn't a public mass transportation vehicle. When 20 people could ride in a bus, opposed to 20 vehicles, which do you think would emit more fumes?
