The statement represented above is definitely TRUE, because Chinese government took this policy as a iternal basis in order to prevent impact on society that overpopulations in many its regions has caused. High density of population in China raised many environmental and educational issues which also lead country to some global problems. So, this policy is quite useful, gives an opportunity of getting education to those who could not have it earlier.
