Hows does anger destroy peoples lives.

Anger can also be a substitute emotion. By this it means that sometimes people make themselves angry so that they don't have to feel pain. It also makes it a distraction to others. Anger also leads to heart attacks and can impair your judgement, hence the saying "Blind With Rage". i hope that helps. :)

Anger makes you say, do, and react differently to different situations that you are put in, maybe anger is the best emotion because it's the only one that makes us tell the truth
