The patient has Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. The usual symptoms of hypoglycemia is dizziness and headache. The blood pressure reading of 90/60 is normal. Low blood sugar happens usually to diabetic patients when they suddenly experience super low sugar levels from very high levels after they take diabetic shots.
