Answer is: zinc nitrate (Zn(NO₃)₂) is strong electrolyte.

Strong electrolyte is a compound that completely (or almost completely) ionizes or dissociates in a solution.

Strong electrolytes separate into particles (ions) in water because of their ionic or covalent polar bond.

Ions are good conductors of electric current in the solution. Strong electrolytes are strong acids (for example hydrochloric acid HCl), strong bases (sodium hydroxide NaOH, for example) and soluble ionic salts (in this example, zinc nitrate).

Zinc nitrate is ionic compound and strong electrolyte and dissociates in water on hydrated zinc cations and nitrate anions:

Zn(NO₃)₂(aq) → Zn²⁺(aq) + 2NO₃⁻(aq).

Zn(NO3)2 readily dissolves in water to form Zn2+ and 2NO3 ions. That makes it a strong electrolyte.
