I fell a few weeks ago and messed up something in my knee. I have been doing some research and I think I tore my meniscus. I haven't been able to get to a doctor yet and I really need a professional opinion. When I stand up my knee pops and it hurts to straighten it. When I walk it feels like something is rubbing together

Yes, you may have a meniscal tear, possibly a bucket handle tear. Or maybe you broke off a a small piece of cartilage. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon so you can be examined and get an MRI if the surgeon's examination warrants one.
