Its basically saying that.
God will cast judgement of ALL sin no matter what Sin. He may not cast Judgment right there and then but never forgets about the Sin you did. As much as you sin he will keep punishing you till you act better and stop sinning and stop following the temptation in life and follow Satan's way. You should follow the path of God and follow where he goes.
