1. When the Constitution was first proposed, there were three dissenters. Who were they and why did they refuse to sign the document?

1. George Mason, Edmund Randolf, and Elbridge Gerry, I believe
2. "No soldier in time of peace or war be quartered in any house with out the consent of the owner"

4. The State can't hold minors against their will, unless they have committed a crime, but requires them to go to an institution all day (school) where they can be held.
