The first value = 36
The second value = 63
Change = 63 - 36 = 27
Now % change = 27/36 x 100%
= 3/4 x 100%
= 3 x 25% = 75%

It would be: 63 - 36 / 36 * 100
= 27/36 * 100
= 3/4 * 100
= 300/4
= 75%
In short, Your Answer would be 75%
