Someone describe to me about the ELIMINATION METHOD of -2x + 3y = 6 and X + 2y = -4

first you add the 2x to the -2x and the 6 to get 3y=2x+6 and then you divid 3y by 3 and everything else by 3 to get y=2/3x+3

and then do the same steps to the other equation
